Attendees include clinicians, academicians, allied health professionals and others interested in allergic and immunologic disease. * Must attach proof of enrollment at time of registration in order to register at the reduced rate. Fellows-in-Training and Residents must submit a letter signed by their Program Director. Medical Students must submit a copy of their valid student ID. If proof of enrollment does not accompany the registration form, you will not be registered until proof is received.
