The Asian Pacific Digestive Week (APDW) comes to Malaysia in 2010. It is indeed a great honour for the Malaysian Society of Gastroenterology and Hepatology to host the most important “Digestive Disease” event in the Asia-Pacific region. Organized in conjunction with the 4 Asian Pacific societies-Asian Pacific Association of Gastroenterology, Asian Pacific Society of Digestive Endoscopy, Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver and International Society for Digestive Surgery, the APDW 2010 promises to be a truly top class meeting with the theme-“Gastroenterology in Asia-Pacific-Excellence in the New Decade”.

The APDW will be held in the fabulous Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from 19th-22nd September 2010. The scientific program will include one day of postgraduate courses, 2 days of live endoscopy demonstrations and 3 full days of scientific programme showcasing the best scientific work in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, GI endoscopy and GI surgery. The organizing committee will endeavor to provide not just an outstanding scientific program but also a superb social program. Located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the KLCC is served by at least 10 international class hotels within close proximity.
