AOGIN - Asia Oceania research organization on Genital Infections & Neoplasia

Gynecology and Obstetrics Medical Congress
Congress location: New Delhi, India
Date: 26 - 28 March 2010

AOGIN is an organisation that seeks to bring together different specialties on one platform - basic scientists, clinicians, epidemiologists, vaccinologists etc. This provides a unique opportunity to understand different perspectives and develop new ideas. India and its neighbouring countries carry the major burden of disease due to genital infections, especially cervical cancer.

The Scientific Committee, chaired by Professor Eng Hseon Tay from Singapore is working hard to develop a broad-based program. At this meeting you will have the opportunity to interact with world authorities in the field of genital infections and neoplasia, as well as related disciplines like colposcopy and endoscopy. They will present state-of-the-art information, demonstrate and discuss latest techniques and novel approaches in management as well as explore avenues of future research. This congress will be particularly exciting, as it will not only provide medical aspects of current scientific advances in the field of cervical cancer control, but address public education issues for effective diagnostic and preventive screening and HPV vaccine.
