Registration Fees
Registration price includes entrance to all four days (March 1-4, 2012) of annual meeting symposium, lecturers, workshops and roundtables as well as entrance to all social events. (Please note: some of these events require an RSVP during registration.) There is no single day registration price for the meeting, nor can social events be purchased separately. A link for housing will be provided after meeting registration has been completed.
