2012 World Ophthalmology Congress will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates from 16 to 20 February.
As the longest continuous international medical meeting, the World Ophthalmology Congress (WOC) offers a unique opportunity to meet and network with a truly international audience and gain insight into the latest product informationand trends in ophthalmology, which promises to be an idealsetting for scientific communication and innovation.
Hosted and Organised by the Middle East Africa Council of Ophthalmology (MEACO) and Sponsored by the InternationalCouncil of Ophthalmology (ICO), WOC 2012 will provide ahigh quality scientific content and an enriching social andcultural experience to all the participants and delegates.
Leading ophthalmologists from around the world have been invited to serve as Coordinators for the invited scientific program for each of the subspecialties and topics listed above. For most topics, there is one Coordinator each from the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe, with two from the Middle East/Africa. The Coordinators defined topics for scientific sessions in their subspecialty or topic area and are inviting three Chairs to organize each scientific session.
