The 19th EPA European Congress of Psychiatry will take place in Vienna, Austria, from 12 to 15 March, 2011 at the Austria Center Vienna. EPA plans to offer a high-quality, multidisciplinary scientific program that will provide a full review of the most important aspects of diagnosis and treatment in psychiatry and of the latest achievements in this field.

Under the motto “Translating Research into Care”, as a tribute to the EPA inner mission in Europe, Congress highlights will include presentations by outstanding European and international experts in Psychiatry.

Clinicians and researchers are encouraged to become actively involved in the exchange of knowledge and experience by contributing to the scientific programme of the Congress. The proposals must be submitted for symposia before 15 May 2010.

The scientific programme will be composed of plenary lectures, symposia, workshops, a dedicated young psychiatrists’ programme, CME Academia courses and symposia organised by leading pharmaceutical companies.

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

All fees include 20% VAT. 

* Eligibility for the reduced Members registration fee refers to paid 2010 EPA Membership.

** Early Career Psychiatrists must be under 40's at the Congress date OR less than 5 years of clinical practice after specialty. Please send certification of exams plus a copy of an ID with birth date OR enclose a copy of a letter/certificate from institution confirming the < 5 years with your registration form.

*** Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from their head of department confirming their status. The signed and stamped letter should be on the department letterhead and addressed to the registration department of the Congress.
