The AUA, founded in 1902, is the premier professional association for the advancement of urologic patient care, and works to ensure that its more than 15,000 members are current on the latest research and practices in urology.

At the AUA Annual Meeting, the AUA also pursues its mission of fostering the highest standards of urologic care by offering over 100 education courses, a scientific program presenting over 1,700 abstracts, plenary presentations on groundbreaking research, hands on interaction with state-of-the-art urology equipment, and opportunities to meet with experts in the field. More than 10,000 medical professionals from around the globe are expected to attend the 2010 AUA Annual Meeting. In addition, over 350 exhibitors will be on hand to showcase the latest products and services.
