Hematology Medical Congress Location: Boston, U.S.A. Date: 11 - 16 July 2009 | |
22nd Congress of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis
July 11 - 16, 2009, Boston, USA.
The Scientific Program Committee, with advice from a diverse International Scientific Advisory Board, has assembled an excellent program of invited speakers to address topics in both clinical and basic science, across a broad spectrum of interests. For the first time, the Congress will include an Education Program, organized jointly by the Congress and the Scientific and Standardization Committee, before the formal start of the Congress to provide attendees an opportunity to broaden and deepen their knowledge of thrombosis and hemostasis.
Summer is a beautiful time to visit Boston, a city of history most certainly, but also of innovation, academics, business, culture, sports, and entertainment. In keeping with New England’s maritime tradition, Boston will be hosting Tall Ships from around the world July 8-11, 2009. From the historic neighborhoods of Beacon Hill and the North End, to the many museums and cultural attractions, from Fenway Park (home of the Boston Red Sox) to the ivy covered halls of Harvard, there is something for everyone who visits. We have arranged a full and varied program of social events and excursions to take advantage of the many attractions the region has to offer.
